ABOUT ME

I began my love of plants while studying wildlife biology in college (plants are a primary producer after all!) I became more in awe of all aspects of their beauty as I morphed over to a BS degree in Natural Resource Management specializing in Desert native plants. In the years since graduation, curiosity has not subsided,  I have continued my horticultural  intellectual pursuits by completing several county certification courses. I have also learned a great many things from clients, there is always so much more to learn!

I have been professionally  involved with horticulture for 28 years now, either in plant Nurseries, as a private gardener/designer/consultant, or as an assistant manager at two University arboretums, or my work at two local nature parks.

* I am not a licensed contractor - I am a custom gardener *
